Mine! Allllllll mine!

I sent the last payment for the boat to the old owner and so it's with great pleasure that I tell you all that Redwing is mine, allll mine!

Now the repairs can start in earnest, and I can start paying off my yard bill, which this year is almost half of what I paid for the boat (not, mind you, what the boat is worth, or will be).

I'd also like to say a Big Ol Thank You to John C who had the kindness and patience to wait for the seven checks these past months (I've been making payments since May). I appreciate the trust he extended to me, and the fact that he appreciated that the boat had great sentimental vaue to me, not just as Jack's old boat, but also as a Good Old Boat with a classy look.
